Do the Du or Di

multi sport participants will find this one to their liking. Bike and run. Or Run and bike. Maybe swim and bike. One thing for sure is a transition, or a "brick", as the pro's call it. Change of gear will be required, or bike in your running shoes?? Your call. Transition area will be  monitored for security. Respond for times and locations
